M-Series - ¼" Capacity, 6' Length - Mechanical Shear

The M-Series mechanical shear is designed for fast, versatile and safe material processing. This full-duty shear is designed to withstand heavy shearing loads and to maintain accuracy throughout its service life. Other design features include optimum upper blade rake angle, lower blade height adjustment mechanism eliminating shims, and the backgauge anti-backlash.

The M-Series has a programmable backgauge that is simple to operate, quick, and accurate. It has four operating modes: single-stroke, continuous, automatic and inching. Other features include: blade clearance adjustments, contact sensors, hydraulic work hold-downs, light beam shearing, electromagnetic clutch, non-repeat safety mechanism, emergency stop button, a foot switch and finger guards.

The M-Series specifications include: maximum cut length of 48"-76", maximum plate thickness of ¼" mild steel, and 60 strokes per minute.

CSW Series - 1/4" & 1/8" Capacity Corner Shear

The CSW Series corner shear has a maximum cutting length of 9.8" x 9.8", and maximum material thickness of either 1/4" or 1/8" thick, produces 42 strokes per minute and has a stroke length of 94".  A scale allows for easy positioning of small materials. Rugged twin work guides are triple locked in place and can be precisely adjusted for angle and position.

Other features include: clearance adjustment for sheet material and thickness, a two-edged lower blade which decreases maintenance, a foot pedal and two operational modes.
